What began as a small backyard beekeeping project in Goshen, New York, quickly grew into something more. As the hives thrived, so did a passion for sharing the pure, golden honey they produced. Project Honey was created to bring that same small-batch care and craftsmanship to every jar.
Every jar is harvested with patience, care, and respect for the bees. No additives, no shortcuts — just honey, exactly as nature intended.
